Claiming indemnity in the event of death

In the event of death we ask beneficiaries who are entitled to all or part of the insured sum to call us +372 681 2300 or write kindlustus@sbinsurance.ee.

Please fill in, sign and send application on death event and notification of the cause of death of the insured person. Application must be sent with annexes and identification document.

Please send the documents digitally signed to [email protected] or by mail to Keemia Str. 4, 10616 Tallinn, Estonia.

When filling in the application, please include your exact contact details so that we can contact you if necessary.

Additional documents in the event of death:

Death certificate, notification of the cause of death, medical certificate, birth certificate (if the beneficiary is a child), accident at work report, inheritance certificate, decision of the investigating authority.
In the event of criminal proceedings, the police and the medical institution must be informed immediately and we must be given the contact details of the investigators.
