Accident resulting in injury or disability
In case of an accident, please notify us of what happened as quickly as possible, preferably within 3 working days of the accident.
You can let us know about the accident either on E-life, our online customer website, or by sending an e-mail to us at [email protected] or phoning us at 681 2300.
After submitting the claim report, please submit the following documents to our office:
- An Application for Indemnity completed by the applicant
- A doctor’s certificate on the SB draudimas template (in Estonian) completed by the doctor (if the contract includes a daily allowance)
- A certificate of incapacity for work (if the contract includes a daily allowance)
- In case of bone fractures, your X-rays
- When claiming a disability indemnity, medical documents confirming permanent disability
- For a work accident, the work accident report
- For an injury, documents confirming treatment (hospital records)
- For traumas, insurance indemnity will be paid if you have supplementary accident insurance cover with us.
